Ordering
Once a commission / design / stationery is agreed, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required before the order is considered placed. The balance is payable on completion of the work and before delivery/collection.
Changes and alterations
Once the order is placed, any later changes to the brief / design may incur extra payment.
Proofing
Please check, double check and triple check any proofs or samples I provide. Wording, spelling, grammar, dates etc are the customer’s responsibility and will be reproduced exactly as submitted.
Copyright
Whimbrel Illustrations retains the ownership of designs and original artwork whether printed or digital. No works may be copied or reproduced in any way.
Payment
Orders through the online shop can be paid by debit & credit card using the payment gateway.
Payment for bespoke work can be made by cash or card in person at the studio, or by bank transfer if paying remotely. I do not accept cheques, PayPal or any other digital wallets.
Shipping
Shop orders will be posted by Royal Mail 1st class as standard. Original artwork or wedding stationery will be posted by Royal Mail Special Delivery as standard.
If an order doesn't arrive promptly, please let me know at the earliest possible opportunity. Liability for loss of a delivery will be limited to a replacement of the order.
Physical items will only be shipped within the UK.
Returns and refunds
The products for sale in my online shop are subject to standard distance selling policy – please let me know within 14 days of purchase and return the item(s) for a refund.
Any commissioned work is custom-made and only refundable if faulty or damaged.
